Birmingham MIND Wellbeing Hub

NHS Birmingham CrossCity CCG has commissioned a new access point for people requiring Wellbeing Services to maintain or improve their mental wellbeing.

The service will be delivered by Birmingham MIND, who are an independent mental health charity. They provide services which range from those that support mental wellbeing and health promotion to those offering a specialist recovery based approach. The service can be accessed by those over 18 years old, who are registered with a Birmingham CrossCity CCG GP practice, either by GP or health professional referral, or by self-referring.

The Birmingham MIND Wellbeing Hub is based at The Beechcroft Centre, 501 Slade Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 7JG.
