Children's Advice and Support Service

The Children’s Information and Advice Service (CIAS) is merging with the referral and advice officers from the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to form the new Children’s Advice and Support Service (CASS) along with you, our partners: Family Support /Think Family; Early help and Brokerage;  Mental health; Police; Health; Disabled Children; Probation; Women’s Aid; and Social Workers.

If you have a concern about a child

If you suspect or believe that a child is suffering, or is likely to suffer significant harm or any form of mistreatment or abuse, you should report your concerns immediately by making a referral to CASS on 0121 303 1888.
