NHS Birmingham CrossCity Clinical Commissioning Group successfully held its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday (6 July) at Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
Over 160 people attended the event, enjoying a packed health fair with a variety of stallholders ranging from St Basil’s, the British Red Cross, Forward Carers Birmingham, Birmingham LGBT, John Taylor and St Mary’s hospices amongst others.
At the meeting Dr Barbara King, the Clinical Accountable Officer, launched an animated summary of the highlights of the CCG’s year 2015-16.
Dr Gavin Ralston, NHS Birmingham CrossCity CCG’s Chairman, said: “We are delighted that so many people could join us at the Botanical Gardens for our AGM this year.
“Our animation, which is the first time we have done something like this, was very well received by audience members and I hope will help to highlight some of our achievements to those who were unable to join us on the night.”
