Birmingham CrossCity CCG (BCC CCG) will respect your personal information and will only use that information in accordance with the preferences set out by you on Registration and as amended by you via either an email or telephone request. Personal information held within the registration system will not be passed to, or shared with any third party, without seeking your explicit consent to do so. The data supplied is held on website system operated by Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), however only employees of BCC CCG will have access to your personal information.

Responses that you provide to individual consultations for BCC CCG - such as responses to surveys, discussion groups, or comments on individual documents - will be collected and processed appropriately, and used internally to the extent that is needed to fulfil operational needs or to comply with any legal requirements. BCC CCG ensures that only staff that have a business reason to look at your information or data can do so, all staff are under a duty of confidentiality to only access information to provide the service and all are trained in their individual responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 1998.

In addition we undertake to comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and BCC CCG's Data Protection Policy. We do not allow advertisers or users to send unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM). If you receive any such email please inform us.
