Stephen Beck is a chartered accountant and barrister who has held various senior financial officer roles in commerce and industry.
His experience includes business development, change management and procurement. He was on the board of one of the West Midlands CCG predecessor bodies and a member of PCT finance and audit sub-committees. His role as a lay adviser is to provide an independent voice and to scrutinise CCG decisions, particularly on governance and audit matters.
He is particularly keen to help the CCG get value for money from its budgets in the way it provides local communities with the high quality services they need.
