Equality Strategy

In response to the Public Sector Equality Duty we have identified four equality objectives for the period 2015-19, accompanying these objectives is a two year action plan (2015-17) which details the work we will be undertaking to achieve our equality objectives.

In 2017 we will review our progress and design a further action plan to take us up to 2019.

Progress against the actions and objectives is reported regularly to the Quality and Safety Committee, which has delegated responsibility for equalities governance.
